Communities We are committed to increasing opportunities for people around the world, especially in traditionally underserved communities. We support our communities through our procurement practices, charitable giving and volunteering. Supply chain management TransUnion recognizes the importance of having a robust and responsible supply chain. In 2021, we established partnerships with the National Minority Supplier Development Council, Women’s Business Enterprise National Council, National LGBT Chamber of Commerce and Disability:IN — non-profit organizations which certify and advocate for the inclusion of diverse-owned businesses in corporate supply chains. This year, we also included second-tier supplier diversity requirements in all our supplier contract templates. Our Procurement team has committed that for each competitive sourcing opportunity, it will search for qualified, diverse suppliers to compete for TransUnion’s business. We perform a weekly review of our sourcing opportunity pipeline, verify the certification status of our suppliers annually and review our progress internally on a quarterly basis. GoodWorks@TU, volunteering and philanthropy TransUnion’s GoodWorks@TU program creates stronger communities. Our teams organize group volunteer efforts, and many of our associates commit their personal time to a variety of endeavors. We also offer a matching gift program, matching up to $2,000 per year for each associate donation made to 501(c)(3) organizations in the US and to registered charities in Canada. In 2021, we matched $478,012 in associate non-profit donations through TransUnion’s matching gift program and donated $1M supporting COVID-19 relief in India. While COVID-19 continued to limit our ability to volunteer, associates found ways to safely support their communities and logged approximately 4,742 hours. They also stepped up significantly to provide financial help. TransUnion maintains relationships with various non-profit and academic organizations that we engage through our charitable giving and employee volunteering. We seek to maximize opportunities for people everywhere, focusing on underrepresented and under served communities as opportunities arise. COMMUNITIES TRANSUNION | 2021 SUSTAINABILITY REPORT 38
