To provide additional flexibility for our associates, TransUnion’s parental leave and flex work benefits include the following: Parental Leave: All work associates who have children through birth, surrogacy or adoption may receive up to 10 weeks of paid parental leave for the primary care parent, and up to 4 weeks of paid parental leave for the secondary care parent (including full-time and reduced work schedule associates). Employee development An important part of TransUnion’s culture is our open feedback processes. One of our core values is “I say what I need to say,” and we create the opportunity for associates, managers and leaders to have candid conversations. More formally, managers meet with associates twice a year to provide performance feedback and coach them on ways to improve. However, we encourage year-round dialogue to provide real-time feedback for associates. We want everyone to thrive at TransUnion and have processes and resources in place to help our associates grow. In 2021, we evolved our approach to employee development to provide more customized development opportunities. In 2021, associates were eligible to participate in 9 career development programs, equating to an average of 0.5 days of training per associate and over 36,500 hours of training across the enterprise.
