Employee Wellness During 2021, focusing on the well-being of our employees took new meaning as our people dealt with the second year of the COVID-19 pandemic. We continued to provide associates with flexibility to balance the demands of different aspects of their lives. Furthermore, we expanded the benefits we offered associates globally and developed a new DEI approach to wellness. Our approach provided TransUnion a competitive advantage when recruiting new personnel, as candidates seek a workplace that looks at an individual holistically. Tailored wellness approach TransUnion’s Global Health and Wellness program is focused on integrating wellness into every aspect of our global community, emphasizing self-care and self-awareness for all associates. Our dedicated program manager leverages various channels of engagement, including: our Total You wellness website, one-on-one coaching sessions, group learning sessions, weekly virtual classes and joint sessions with our Networking Resource Groups. We created tailored associate wellness sessions according to country, community and local DEI criteria — reaching over 1,000 associates. TransUnion invested in employee wellness by expanding mental health support to associates globally. In addition, we conducted numerous workouts, including approximately 416 group fitness sessions and 156 yoga sessions.
