We continue to see progress within leadership as we march toward more equitable representation in our senior-most roles. The flexible work arrangements, development opportunities and network of Women @ TU chapters provide strong support to our female workforce. During 2020 and 2021, we saw a small dip in female directors. In 2021, we launched a global leadership mentorship program for high-performance women to network and develop their skills.
