TOPIC ACCOUNTING METRIC 2021 2020 2019 CODE Business Description of approach to ensuring professional integrity ethics In support of our ethical business and compliance practices, we have a Code of Business Conduct that all associates accept when they join TransUnion and reaffirm on an annual basis. The Code addresses TransUnion’s guidance and expectations with respect to topics such as data privacy; anti-corruption; fair dealing; conflicts of interest; accuracy in communications and record-keeping; human and labor rights; SV-PS-510a.1 diversity and inclusion; and community responsibility. As part of our commitment to ethical behavior, we offer a number of ways for associates to report concerns, including violations of the Code or TransUnion policies. We maintain a 24x7 ethics hotline for associates, affiliated companies and the general public to report any suspected illegal, unethical or unsafe business conduct in a safe, secure and anonymous manner. Additionally, associates may report any concerns directly to their manager, human resources representative, a member of the legal department, or a Code of Conduct Officer.
