Sustainability board oversight TransUnion’s Board of Directors oversees TransUnion’s sustainability program through its Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. The Committee meets at least quarterly to evaluate our strategic direction, responsiveness to emerging ESG issues, and progress against stated objectives. Board performance Our Board members maintain regular attendance at meetings and provide meaningful oversight of TransUnion’s operations. Each of our Board members brings vital expertise and skills to TransUnion. In 2021, with the exception of our CEO, all our Board members were independent according to NYSE standards.
