Associate environmental action TransUnion’s associates are passionate about taking steps to reduce their environmental impact in the office and at home. We leveraged this passion to expand the opportunities for associates to reduce their impact regardless of their location. We held awareness webinars on waste reduction and recycling, and invested in virtual collaboration tools across the company. Green technology We deployed various tools targeted toward preventing paper waste and enable virtual collaboration. Microsoft Whiteboard Supports paperless, remote collaboration through a shared canvas to conduct brainstorming, planning and workshops DocuSign Facilitates digital requests and electronic signatures, stores documents in the cloud and replaces paper waste One Drive Enables remote cloud storage to file away digital copies of work and presentations that can be easily accessed on user workstations and mobile devices Our technology team continues to collaborate with our Green@TU community and TransUnion’s Sustainability Department to introduce innovative solutions that enable waste reduction and responsible consumption.
